Repair Service Prices

This is a general service recommended to be done every 3-4 years

This service includes the followings:

• - Disassembling the coffee maker into pieces,
• - Cleaning out the water system,
• - Lubricating all moving components,
• - Labour

We’ve grouped all domestic coffee makers we repair into categories, each with a Fixed Maximum Repair Price.

After inspecting your machine, we’ll provide an estimate that includes either:

• a Full Service, or
• Labour, based on your preference

You’ll only pay the lower of the two amounts:

• the estimate we provide, or
• the Fixed Maximum Repair Price for your machine’s category

This applies as long as:

• the required parts are still manufactured, and
• the total cost of those parts doesn’t exceed the Fixed Maximum Repair Price

You can find parts prices on our website or directly in your estimate.

Please note: some repairs and parts are not covered by the Fixed Maximum Repair Price—such as transit damage, cosmetic wear, missing components, or customer-specific requests. For full details, see our terms and conditions.

Labour cost: £40 / hour, inclusive of VAT
