1) Special Closure Dates:
We will be closed from 3:00pm on Wednesday, 29th April 2026 until 9:00am on Wednesday, 6th May 2026.
Live chat will remain available for basic enquiries during this time. Technical support and all other enquiries will be handled from 6th May.

2) Regular Opening Hours:
If you do not find any special closure date above we dispatch orders and welcome customers to our workshop (pre-booked) in Harrow Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm (excluding bank holidays).
However we are unable to serve "walk-ins" to our physical shop. Please always get in touch with us first so we can book a timeslot for you.
Cut off time for online orders: 14:00 pm Monday to Friday.
All orders, including collections from our workshop, must be paid online. we can`t take payments in store.
