1) Special Closure Dates:

Holiday Closure & Dispatch Schedule
We will be closed from 3:00 pm on Friday, 26 June 2026 and will reopen at 9:00 am on Wednesday, 8 July 2026.
During this period, we will have limited access to emails. All technical support and enquiries will be responded to from 8 July onwards.
Dispatch Schedule for Online Orders
- Friday, 26 June 2026 at 2:00 pm – LAST dispatch before closure
- Wednesday, 8 July 2026 at 2:00 pm – FIRST dispatch after reopening
Orders can still be placed online while we are away. Any orders placed after the final dispatch on 26 June will be processed and shipped from 8 July onwards.

2) Regular Opening Hours:
If you do not find any special closure date above we dispatch orders and welcome customers to our workshop (pre-booked) in Harrow Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm (excluding bank holidays).
However we are unable to serve "walk-ins" to our physical shop. Please always get in touch with us first so we can book a timeslot for you.
Cut off time for online orders: 14:00 pm Monday to Friday.
All orders, including collections from our workshop, must be paid online. we can`t take payments in store.
