19/08/2020: Our service department and physical shop is closed untill further notice!
We are still processing and dispatching online orders everyday, Mon-Fri!

05/06/2020:

Following the government's measures to fight the coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak. We decided to close down our physical shop from general public with immediate effect but stay open for distant business.

we no longer accept the following until further notice...

1, Delivery or collection of your coffee maker to our workshop in any way (in person, courier, dropp off etc)
2, Delivery or collection of your coffee maker to our neighbour in any way (in person, courier, dropp off etc)
3, Customer collection of an online order from our shop 
4, any other customer visit to our workshop

What we continue doing is...

1, Dispatching Online orders everyday Monday to Friday

If you do not find any special closure date above we dispatch orders and welcome customers to our workshop in Harrow Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm (excluding bank holidays).

Lunch break: 12:00-12:20. You might find our shutter closed during lunch break.
