Note: Spare parts, o-rings, service kits, and additional components are not included in the service price. These will be quoted separately if needed.

Thorough Inspection Process

We completely dismantle your coffee machine and inspect each component for wear or potential failure. Below are images from actual inspections on Gaggia Classic and Titanium models:

Spotting and Replacing Faulty Components

We don’t just fix problems — we prevent them. During the inspection, any worn or damaged parts that could affect your machine’s performance or reliability will be identified and included in your service estimate.

To help extend the life of your coffee machine and reduce the chance of unexpected failures, we’ve carefully designed service kits based on real-world usage. These include essential replacement parts typically needed every 4 years (or 4,000 cups) and 8 years (or 8,000 cups). Proactively replacing high-wear components significantly reduces the risk of breakdowns or performance issues between full services.

Here are some of the most common issues we encounter during full service:

Pitted Boiler: This can block the machine or solenoid valve if left unchecked.

Leaking Steam Valve: Continuous leaks may lead to electrical malfunctions.

Broken Pump Spring: Prevents building up the 9 bar pressure needed for espresso.

Boiler Surface Issues: Must be sanded evenly to ensure a proper seal with the new gasket.

Beyond Regular Maintenance

Some internal areas simply can’t be cleaned through descaling or backflushing. Our full service takes care of those hidden components to ensure everything stays in top shape.

Gasket Health: Small but Mighty

Gaskets are prone to wear from daily use. Replacing them every 3–4 years (or more frequently for high-use machines) prevents leaks and pressure loss.

The Importance of Lubrication

Lubricating internal components keeps your machine running smoothly and quietly. The brew unit should be lubricated every 6 months or after 500 cups. Automatic machines also need occasional gearbox lubrication for optimal function.
