- Portugal (suspended)
- Switzerland,
- USA (Please customs fees named VAT on our website, read more at the very bottom of this page below)

How Does It Work?

2. Receive Your Parcel: Enjoy prompt delivery to your address without any customs delays or extra payments required.

USA Customers only

The US government introduced customs charges on all international orders arriving from 31/08/2025. These charges are normally payable by the recipient upon delivery.

However, in cooperation with Royal Mail, we have arranged for these fees to be collected in advance through our website, so you won’t need to pay anything upon delivery.

Due to these recent and unprecedented changes, our system and invoices may currently display this charge as “VAT” instead of “Customs Fees.” Please rest assured that this reflects the same prepaid import charge.

We are actively working on updating this across our website and systems, but due to the complexity involved, this will take some time.
