I understand and accept that if I use a third party courier...

I have to pack my machine according to this packing guide,
I have to deal with any damage caused by third party courier and claim compensation if necessary,
I have to write a cover letter with a reference number and send it with my coffee maker. Failure to do this will delay the service time and you will be asked to provide proof of ownership!
I have to arrange collection from Mr Bean2Cup's workshop on return of my coffee machine after the repair finished and I also have to email the shipping label, with the barcode on by 3pm the day before (must be a working day!) the collection due.

If you cannot make it in regular business hours you can drop off your coffee machine and collect from our neighbour shop as below:

1, You must print out 2 copies of the document we will send you in an automated in email, shortly after you hit the "Submit" button on this page
2, You must bring these 2 copies with you when dropping the machine off
3, You must put the machine in a box and securely tape it
4, You must write your reference number (shortly receive it in an automated email) on the box

I have read and understood the Terms and conditions *
I am sending my coffee machine's water tank, power cable, coffee holder with the basket I use (only for manual machines), If not, Our estimate will be based on what we receive from you by which you might be risking additional costs after repair. *
I agree with the storing policy which is due after 10 working days from the date I received a written estimate in an email. Fee is £2 a day, after 2 months the machine is going to be sold. *
I declare that all details I have given above are correct and I take full responsibility for them according to the Terms and Conditions. *
