Coffee Machine Repair Service related information

If you filled in our service form, please do not send or bring in your coffee maker between 19/12/2018 and 9 am 02/01/2019.  We neither accept collection from our workshop during this time or delivery to Metro Food and Wine Shop.

All repair procedure quoted and/or accepted between  11/12/2018 and  02/01/2019  will be carried out after  02/01/2019.  

Last day for receiving coffee makers for repair is  11/12/2018  which we might guarantee to repair before our Christmas break.

Gaggia, Saeco and Jura machines enjoy a higher chance to be completed before the closure. Delonghi machines are subject to parts supply.

Webshop related information:

To receive you order before Christmas you must order by 10 am  19/12/2018 and use "Next Day Service"

In all other cases we will deliver after Christmas without an exception!

Please note, all coffee makers purchased after 10 am 19/12/2018, we will be dispatched on 03/01/2019.

Although, customer cannot use our 'Free Customer Collection' service during our closure.
